Company Secretary (CS)
ELIGIBILITY
- For 10th: Completion of 10th grade.
- For 12th: Completion of 12th grade in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts).
- Training: Completion of the Company Secretary (CS) course offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
ENTRANCE TESTS
- CS Foundation Program (now replaced by CS Executive Entrance Test – CSEET) after 12th grade.
- CS Executive Program after passing CSEET or direct entry for graduates.
- CS Professional Program after clearing the Executive Program.
AVAILABLE COURSES
- CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET): Entry-level test for the CS course.
- CS Executive Program: Second level, pursued after clearing CSEET or via direct entry for graduates.
- CS Professional Program: Advanced level, pursued after clearing the Executive Program.
- Management Training: Practical training under a practicing Company Secretary or a company for a specified period.
