ELIGIBILITY
- For 10th: Completion of 10th grade.
- For 12th: Completion of 12th grade in any stream (preferably with subjects like Economics, Mathematics, or Commerce).
- For Graduation: A bachelor’s degree with a specialization in any of the following fields:
- Economics
- Applied Economics
- Business Economics
- Econometrics
- For Post-Graduation: A master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Applied Economics, or Business Economics is mandatory for eligibility.
ENTRANCE TESTS
- Indian Economic Service Examination conducted by UPSC.
- The exam consists of:
- Written examination (General English, General Studies, and Economics subjects).
- Personality Test (Interview).
