ELIGIBILITY

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery).
ENTRANCE TESTS
To become a Government Medical Officer, candidates must first clear the following entrance exams:
- NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) – Mandatory for admission into MBBS programs in India.
- State or national-level public service commission exams after completing MBBS, depending on the specific state’s recruitment process (e.g., UPSC CMS, State PSC exams).
