At Abhivyakti, we value our customers and understand that situations might arise where you need to cancel or reschedule a course. Therefore, we have developed a transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your registration for a course, please notify us at least 15 days before the course start date. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the course fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, we will refund 50% of the course fee. If you cancel within 3 days of the course start date, we will refund 25% of the course fee.

Please note that if you cancel within 2 days of the course start date or fail to show up, we will not be able to provide any refund.

Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days to the original payment source. However, please note that there will be no refund for Pratibimba See Yourself test or any paid test after submission.

Change Policy:

If you wish to change the course or batch, you may do so by notifying us at least 15 days before the course start date. In such cases, only 20% of the paid amount will be deducted from the total course fee.
