Course Content
- Warm-Up & Sharing (10 minutes)Activity: “Daily Highlights” – Participants share a positive or interesting experience from their day.
- Guided Meditation (15 minutes)
- Activity: Focus on breathing techniques, deep breathing, and mindfulness.
- Self-Affirmations (5 minutes)
- Activity: Repeat provided affirmations and create simple affirmations related to the week’s focus.
- Physical Activity (10 minutes)
- Activity: Brain Gym Exercises or Eye Ball Exercises.
- Warm-Up & Sharing (10 minutes)
- Activity: “Today’s Joys” – Participants discuss something that made them happy or excited during the day.
- Guided Meditation (15 minutes)
- Activity: Progressive muscle relaxation – systematically tensing and relaxing muscle groups.
- Self-Affirmations (5 minutes)
- Activity: Repeat new affirmations and encourage creation of personal affirmations related to relaxation and stress relief.
- Physical Activity (10 minutes)
- Activity: Brain Gym Exercises or Eye Ball Exercises.
- Warm-Up & Sharing (10 minutes)
- Activity: “Grateful Moments” – Participants share something they are thankful for or a positive event from their day.
- Guided Meditation (15 minutes)
- Activity: Visualization meditation with background music – imagining positive scenes or figures.
- Self-Affirmations (5 minutes)
- Activity: Repeat affirmations related to positivity and creativity; encourage making personal affirmations.
- Physical Activity (10 minutes)
- Activity: Brain Gym Exercises or Eye Ball Exercises.
- Warm-Up & Sharing (10 minutes)
- Activity: “Heartfelt Highlights” – Participants share a kind gesture or positive experience involving others.
- Guided Meditation (15 minutes)
- Activity: Loving-kindness meditation – focusing on gratitude, compassion, and forgiveness.
- Self-Affirmations (5 minutes)
- Activity: Repeat affirmations related to kindness and self-love; guide students in creating their own affirmations.
