At Abhivyakti, we offer offline counselling sessions at our centre where clients can benefit from the privacy and comfort of a face-to-face interaction with our qualified counsellors. Our sessions are structured to help clients work through their emotional and psychological concerns using a combination of psychotherapeutic techniques and mindfulness practices. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the client, and may involve techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, or relaxation techniques. During the session, clients are encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings openly, in a safe and supportive environment, and work collaboratively with the counsellor to develop personalized strategies for coping and growth.

Enrollment for Offline Counselling Services

Our offline counselling sessions are designed to provide a comfortable and safe space for you to talk through your concerns and challenges with a qualified counsellor. Our pricing is based on a per-session model, with each session lasting for 60 minutes. The fee per session is ₹1500.
To enroll, simply fill out our online application form and select the offline counselling option. Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you to schedule your first session at our centre. Our goal is to provide you with the support and guidance you need to navigate life’s challenges, and we are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible and affordable for everyone.
