Job Title: Marketing Executive – Career Counseling Promotion

Job Description:
- Promote and sell career counseling services, including the Pratibimba Self-Assessment Test and the associated counseling sessions, to schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and parents of students.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and conversions for both the Pratibimba Test and career counseling services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Achieve the basic target of 30 conversions per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close sales for career counseling services, including the Pratibimba Self-Assessment Test.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor marketing efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and implement learned strategies to effectively promote the full range of career counseling services.
- Provide feedback on market trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA or MBA in Marketing (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the education sector or career counseling is a plus.
Benefits:
- Salary: ₹21,000 per month with a basic target of 30 conversions
- .Incentive: ₹700 per conversion for every sale above the monthly target.
- Travel Allowance: Provided for fieldwork.
- Training: Product knowledge and training sessions before starting work, with continued online sessions every Saturday.
