Job Description:
Are you ready to take your marketing skills beyond the classroom and into the field? Join us as a Field Marketing Intern and embark on an exciting journey to promote the Pratibimba test, a career guidance program. In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, actively engaging with schools, classes, and educational institutes to spread the word about Pratibimba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to schools, classes, and educational institutes to promote the Pratibimba test.
- Engage with educators, students, and parents to explain the benefits of Pratibimba.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer questions related to the program.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Pratibimba at various educational events and fairs.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the marketing team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BBA or MBA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dynamic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Benefits:
- Remuneration: Rs 8,000 (including a Conveyance Travel Allowance of Rs 1,600) + An attractive incentive and bonus structure.
- The payment can range from Rs 8,000 to Rs 18,000, based on achieving targets and exceptional performance.
- Insurance Coverage: Accidental Insurance and Mediclaim provided.
- Internship Duration: A 1-year internship period.
