- Provide timely and appropriate referrals to additional resources or specialized services as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in an online setting.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking counselling support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in counselling practice.
- Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and technology for virtual counselling sessions.
- Previous experience or internship in counselling or mental health services is advantageous.
